InCommon Insights Project

A global asset mapping project to understand the current landscape of ministry to children, youth, and families

Background

Connecting with the Next Generation is a research initiative conducted by OneHope to better understand how churches are ministering to children and youth. 11,457 churches from 42 countries participated in this between 2013-2015.

The InCommon Insights project seeks to revisit the data to identify what gaps and opportunities are available ten years later. In addition to baseline questions from Connecting with the Next Generation, the updated survey includes questions evaluating where churches are at with InCommon’s 5 priorities.

This project, done in partnership with InCommon partners and advocates, will provide opportunities to understand and respond to the needs identified through the research. Our desire is to serve the global Church as they minister to children and youth. By ensuring we have current and relevant data, we will be able to better advocate and serve the global Church in this capacity.
