Vision for Empowerment

We want to empower the next generation to participate in the ministry of the Church and disciple others.

55%-57% of churches have 10% or less of their youth in a leadership role.

Developing tomorrow’s leaders begins with opportunities today. Children and youth grow their vision for their capacities and leadership by taking on new challenges that sharpen their skills.

To create these opportunities, it takes intentionality, which can often be hard to plan alone. In fact, Connecting with the Next Generation states that 55%-57% of churches have 10% or less of their youth in a leadership role.

But by working together, we can co-create processes for equipping, positioning, and releasing children and youth as leaders in their churches.

Together, we can see progress in envisioning tomorrow’s leaders. Through mentorship and guidance we can inspire them, develop their skill sets, and empower them to reach every generation in all areas of society.

Does this sound like you?

  • Our children & youth do not serve at church often
  • Less than 10% of our children & youth are leaders
  • It is challenging for us to engage children & youth in more leadership roles
