Collaboration creates opportunity. The implications for this short sentence are endless. For InCommon, this statement paints the picture of leaders who are passionate about reaching the next generation and are thriving in their call to ministry. Yet, to invest in the growth and development of next generation leaders, it requires capacity.
Through Connecting with the Next Generation, we discovered that 56% of churches say their biggest need is training for their staff and volunteers. This insight helped us identify and create opportunities to work together, share resources, and support the efforts in developing qualified leaders who serve the next generation. Whether it is through training classes, mentoring relationships, creating resources, InCommon seeks to facilitate ways to invest in next generation leaders.
The five priorities below help focus the Church as we move forward together in reaching the next generation and their families.
The priorities are integrated—progress in one will affect outcomes in others. InCommon’s collaborative team is here to serve you by creating pathways for increased collaboration and effectiveness in these areas.
